血清TSGF检测对恶性肿瘤诊断及治疗的应用价值

Clinical Value of Serum TSGF Detective for Malignant Tumor

目的研究血清TSGF检测对恶性肿瘤诊断及治疗的应用价值。方法应用该检测方法,对517例恶性肿瘤患者、71例良性疾病患者和1039例健康体检者进行TSGF含量检测,并对其中164例住院恶性肿瘤患者治疗前后进行对比,将其测定结果进行统计学分析。结果TSGF检测其敏感性为81.8%,特异性为92.3%,有效诊断率为88.8%,住院患者治疗前后阳性率分别为89.0%和20.1%,健康体检者阳性率为2.56%,总体病例假阳性率5.6%。结论TSGF检测对于恶性肿瘤诊断具有较高应用价值,同时可作为无症状人群的早期肿瘤普查手段之一,并可为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供可借鉴的依据,亦可作为判断预后的辅助手段。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum TSGF detective for malignant tumor diagnosis and cure. Method The serum TSGF content were measured with the detective methods in 517 malignant tumor patients,71 patients with benign disease and 1039 healthy examinations. And we compared the content before cure and after cure in 164 malignant tumor of being after cure of 164 cases with malignant tumor of being in hospital. And we statistically analyzed the detective results.Results Sensitivity speciality and effective diagnosis-rates separately were 81.8%, 92.3%, 88.8%。The positive rates were 89.0% and 20.1% before cure and after cure of malignant tumor. The positive rates were 2.56% in healthy examinations. The artificial positive rates were 5.6% in all patients. Conclusion There was higher clinical value in diagnosis of malignant tumor. At the same time, it could be used as an earlier period tumor surveying tool to symptomless people,and also it could be used to affording to cure in malignant tumor.Thus it may be used as subsidiary means to decide prognosis.
