摘要
目的探讨心脏黏液瘤手术治疗经验。方法17例心脏黏液瘤均行手术切除,然后行心房修补术。结果无围手术期死亡。随访12～60个月,无复发及死亡病例。大多数患者心功能恢复正常。结论心脏黏液瘤手术治疗效果良好。
Objective To review the experience of operation for cardiac myxomas.Methods 17 cases with cardiac myxomas were resected and atrial septa were repaired.Results All the patients were survived after the operation. There were no death in 1 or 5 years by following up. Heart functions of the majority were recovered.Conclusions Good surgical outcome of cardiac myxomas could be achieved with operation.
