锈蚀对钢筋混凝土结构的危害及防治研究

摘要 钢筋锈蚀后对钢筋混凝土结构所造成的后果是非常严重的。为了解钢筋锈蚀对结构的影响,通过试验的方法来寻求钢筋的锈胀规律以及锈蚀对钢筋与混凝土之间粘结力的影响规律。试验结果表明:潮湿、多盐的环境会促使钢筋锈蚀,较轻微的锈蚀不会造成保护层胀裂;当钢筋锈蚀到一定程度时,会引起保护层顺筋裂缝;钢筋在轻度锈蚀情况下,如果保护层未胀裂,则粘结力仍然较大,粘结力随着锈蚀率的增大而迅速减小。 The rusted reinforcement will cause serious consequence to reinforced concrete structures. In order to understand the influence of rusted reinforcement on structures, the paper tries to find the rust expansion law of reinforcement and the law of influence of rusting on cohesive force between reinforcement and concrete through testing. The test outcome shows that under the conditions of damp and salty environment, it will make reinforcement rusting and slight rusting will not cause expansion and cracks of protected layer. When rusting of reinforcement to a certain degree, it will cause cracks along the reinforcement. Under the conditions of slight rusting, the cohesive force is still great if the protected layer has no expansion and cracks. The cohesive force will be rapidly reduced as the rate of rusting increased.
