New Progress of Multidrug Resistance Studies in Leukemia

摘要 多药耐药(MDR)是白血病化疗失败的主要原因。细胞内药物转运抵抗机制是MDR的主要机制之一,其中P-糖蛋白(Pgp)已普遍被认为与急性髓细胞性白血病的不良治疗效果有关。Pgp抑制剂能使MDR的发生率下降,改善复发白血病患者的治疗效果。本文就几种与MDR有关的转运蛋白和Pgp抑制剂的研究新进展作一综述。 Multidrug resistance (MDR) is one of the primary causes of suboptimal outcomes in chemotherapy of leukemia. The mechanisms of drug transport resistance may chiefly account for the causes of MDR. It is well known that P-glycoprotein (Pgp) is related to the poor therapeutic efficacy of acute myeloid leukemia. Pgp inhibitors can decrease the incidence of MDR and improve the outcomes of leukemia therapy.The transport protein relevent to MDR and the new progess of Pgp inhibitors were reviewed.
