摘要 本文研究了在连续泵浦和脉冲泵浦两种情况下,大模面积(LMA)掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器的输出特性 采用连续泵浦,在最大泵浦功率为10. 4W时,得到了平均功率4. 6W、中心波长1. 09μm的准连续激光输出采用脉冲泵浦,得到了脉宽小于50ns、峰值功率为5. 3kW、重复频率为5kHz、单脉冲能量为0. 26mJ的稳定的调Q脉冲输出。 A large-mode-area Yb3+ -doped double clad fiber laser operating in CW pump and pulsed pump regime, respectively, is described. With CW pump, a 4.6 W quasi-continuous output operating in the 1.09 μm is obtained, when the pump power is 10.4 W. With pulsed pump, the laser generates nanosecond pulses with a stable repetition rate of 5 kHz. A single-pulse energy of as much as 0.26 mj with a peak power of 5.3 kW is obtained.
