摘要 利用耦合模理论分析了均匀长周期光纤光栅中的模式耦合,描述了连续CO2 激光脉冲逐点写入长周期光纤光栅技术的实验研究情况,实验中观测到模式耦合强度随光栅区域长度发生周期性变化。 Long-period fiber gratings (LPFG) are fabricated by using CW CO2 laser pulses, and transmission spectra are measured at different grating lengths. The coupling strength shows periodical variation versus the grating lengths. This conclusion is in agreement with the coupled mode theory.
