摘要
目的:了解乌鲁木齐市不同民族中小学教师心理健康状况。方法:整群随机抽取1300名不同民族中小学教师,采用心理《症状自评量表》(SCL90)进行心理健康测评。结果:中小学教师SCL90总分、总均分和阳性项目数显著高于全国常模;各项因子中除人际关系敏感因子外,其它因子均显著高于常模;汉族和回族教师的心理健康状况差于其他民族;小学教师和高中教师的心理健康状况差于初中教师。结论:乌鲁木齐市不同民族中小学教师心理健康状况较差,尤其是汉族和回族教师。
Objective: In order to evaluate the mental healthy status of the middle and elementary school teachers. Methods: 1 300 teachers in Urumqi were examined by SCL-90. Results: Compared to the national norm, the general score, general symptomatic index, positive number, somatization, obsessive-compulsive, depression, anxiety, hostility, photic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychoticism were higher significantly. The mental health status of the teachers of Hui population in china and Han ethnic group was poorer than others. The mental health status of the primary school teachers and senior high school teachers was poorer than those of the junior high school teachers. Conclusion: The mental health status of the middle and elementary school teachers is poor, especially the teachers of Hui and Han ethnic group.
