骨节段转移术治疗长骨创伤感染性骨不连接(附394例报告)

The treatment for ununion of traumatic-infections long bone by Segment bone transport (a report of 394 cases)

【目的】探讨骨节段转移术治疗下肢长骨创伤感染性骨不连接的临床效果。【方法】采用骨节段转移术治疗下肢长骨创伤感染性骨不连接394例,患者均因内固定、植骨等手术失败。其中259 例采用旷置假关节,骨节段转移;135例采用外露骨切除,骨节段转移。【结果】骨不连接均获治愈,肢体短缩同时基本纠正。【结论】骨节段转移术治疗长骨创伤感染性骨不连接是一种手术创伤小、操作简单、疗程短、疗效可靠的方法。

ObjectiveTo prob the clinical curated effect of Segment bone transport for non-union of traumatic-infectious long bone.Adapted the Segment bone transport to treat 394 patients of non-union traumatic-infections long bone of lower-extrimities. All of the patients suffered from defeat of internal fixations or bone graft. 259 cases of them accepted the therapies of neglection pseudo-arthrosis and osteo-segmental transposition. 135 cases accepted reveal Osteotomy and Osteo-Segmental Osteomy.All of the patients were cured after the Segment bone transport . Non-Union of long bone with crispation of lower extremity were corrected simultaneously.[Conclusion]Segment bone transport is relatively icrotrauma, simple, short course and reliable curative effect for the treatment of non-union of raumatic-infectious long bone.
