骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment of Eoxinophilic Granuloma of Bone

[目的]讨论骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的特点及治疗.[方法]回顾分析1998～2004间本院15例经病理证实的骨嗜酸性肉芽肿患者的临床资料及随访结果.[结果]15例患者全部行手术病灶清除,平均随访33个月(8个月至7年),患者恢复好,无复发.[结论]外科手术治疗对骨嗜酸性肉芽肿是一种积极有效的手段.

ObjectiveTo discuss the feature and treatment of eosinophilic granuloma of bone.Firten patients with eosinophilic granuloma of bone confirmed by biopsy from 1998 to 2004 were admitted. There clinical data were reviewed and 13 of them were followed up.All of 15 cases were treatment by operation, followed up from 8 months to 7years, all the cases were recovered.[Conclusion]Surgical treatment is effective to eosinophilic granuloma of bone.
