α-1b干扰素联合低剂量阿糖胞苷治疗慢性髓细胞白血病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Interferon with Low dose of Cytarabine to Treat Chronic Myelogenors Leukemia

[目的]探讨慢性髓细胞白血病新的治疗方案.[方法]采用α-1b干扰素(运德素)联合低剂量阿糖胞苷治疗慢性髓细胞白血病慢性期(CML-CP)34例,持续6～12个月.[结果]获血液学完全缓解88.2%,部分缓解8.8%,总有效率97%.此外,10例获Ph染色体完全转阴.[结论]运德素联合低剂量阿糖胞苷对CML-CP有较高的血液学缓解率,且可以减少和消除Ph+细胞.

ObjectiveTo study a new project of treatment for chronic myelogenors leukemia(CML). Thirty-four patients received the treatment of combineing low dose of cytarabine with interferon for 6 to 12 months.The rate of completely normal hematology was 88.2%, subnormal was 8.8%, total effectiveness was 97.0%. In addition ,the Ph chromosome of 10 patients turmed negativeness.[Conclusion]The project of treatment to combine low dose of cytarabine with interferon has high recovery in hematology. It can reduce or eliminate the positive Ph + cell.
