摘要
应用激光线阵CCD成像技术,提出了一种高速、高精度轧机轧辊平行度的检测方法,阐述了系统的工作原理,全面分析了系统的关键部件CCD的驱动脉冲的产生和CCD视频信号的处理。有效利用单片机的接口资源提出一种新的CCD脉冲驱动方法,使CCD脉冲信号的驱动既经济又灵活。采用峰值检测法处理CCD的输出信号,解决了除噪、边缘检测和特征信息提取等关键技术,比传统检测方案更加简洁,增强了系统的稳定性,实现了输出信号二值化比较电平的自动调整。
In this paper,a highspeed and precision method of mill roll shape with lased imaging technology is presented.The principle of the pulse′s production and output of CCD in this system has been given a full assay.Through a new method based on MCU the CCD can produce the pulse economically and easily.Some keytechniques such as avoiding the voice,detecting the edge and pick up of properly information was solved by the peakvalue′s checking method.This checking method is simple and stable than traditional method.The electrical level′s self adjustment was realized.
