微回流比色法在油气田废水中测量CODcr的应用探讨

摘要 油气田废水中化学需氧量(CODcr)的测定多采用国家标准--重铬酸盐法,但该方法测定时间长,且耗费试剂量大.为了解决快速测定油气田废水化学需氧量的需要,进行了新的探讨采用微回流比色法.该方法是在强酸性条件下,废水中还原性物质主要是(有机物)与重铬酸钾反应,根据反应了的重铬酸钾的颜色进行比色测定,其浓度与颜色成正比关系,本次实验选择该有色化合物的最大吸收波长为600nm,以0.25mol/L重铬酸钾为氧化剂,检测范围为(0~700)mg /L,适用于油气田废水的测定. The national standard-dichromate method is mostly adopted for the determination of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) in oil and gas field waste water, but it lasted long time and reagent amount largely consumed for this determination method. For the necessary settlement of speedily determining chemical oxygen demand of oil and gas field waste water, the new search of adopting the method of microreflux color comparison is conducted, which is the reduction material (mainly organic matter) reacting with potassium dichromate under strong acidic condition, and according to the color comparison determination conducted for the having reacted potassium dichromate color, its concentration is proportional to color. This colored chemical compound selected for this time experiment has maximum adsorption wave length to be 600 nm, with 0.25 mol/L potassium dichromate as oxidizer and the detection range as (0~700) mg/L. This method is suitable for the determination of oil and gas field waste water.
