摘要
介绍了以具有较高活性的半合成担体、金属氧化物改性的高硅分子筛为活性组份的多产低碳烯烃的高堆比催化剂RAG -7A的研究与工业生产情况。评价结果表明,RAG -7A催化剂不仅具有较强的重油裂化能力、适当的二次裂化反应深度及氢转移活性,还具有良好的水热稳定性,堆比大。
This is a brief introduction of the research and development of RAG-7A catalyst with high bulk density for enhancing light olefins yield.High activity Semi-synthetic matrix with modified kaolin and metal oxides modified USY zeolite were involved in the catalyst manufacture.The appraisal results show that RAG-7A catalyst not only possesses ability to crack heavy oil,suitable second order cracking activity and hydrogen transfer activity,but also has good hydrothermal stability,high bulk density and can enhance light olefins yield.
