摘要
对测定铬酵母中微量铬含量的两种方法进行了比较,发现分光光度法和催化动力学法,都可以完成对铬酵母中铬含量的测定,同时得出了两种方法均具有灵敏度高、检测限低、精确性高等优点。
Comparison was made for two measurement methods of the content of micro chromium in chromium barm, it was found that both spectrophotometry and catalytic dynamics method can all be used for the measurement of chromium content in chromium barm, two methods have the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit and high accuracy.
