摘要
从如何克服“两层皮”现象、提高体系有效性、职能部门按过程分工三个方面,对质量管理体系运行中较易出现的问题展开探讨,并提出一些建议和措施。
From three aspects: the overcome of the disjunction problem, the improvement of the validity of system and division of function department discussion is carried out according to the problems encountered in the operation of quality control system; at the same time corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
