宽带超荧光光纤光源的设计与实验 被引量:1

摘要 设计了L带以及宽带超荧光光源,并进行了实验。得到的L带超荧光输出的3 dB带宽从565-1610 nm;宽带超荧光输出的3 dB平坦度内的带宽从1550-1607 nm,其总的转换效率为12.3%。 Designed L-band SFS and broad band SFS. The 3 dB bandwidth of L-band SFS is 1565-1610 nm and that of broadband is 1550-1607 nm. The total efficiency of it is 12.3%.
