摘要
花粉症是近年来严重困扰人们生活的一类过敏症状.对花粉进行定性定量分析,探究花粉的散布规律,可对花粉症的发生起到一定的预防作用.本文通过光学显微镜和德国莱卡DMRE研究型显微镜对首都师范大学校内的8种植物花粉进行了观察和照像采集。
Pollinosis is one kind of the allergic diseases which is threatening the people's health. It is important for preventing pollinosis from breaking out to analysize the quality and quantity of pollen in the air, and to investigate the distributional regulation. The optical microscope was used to observe the pollen of eight species of plants from the Capital Normal University, and LEICA DMRE microscope to collect pictures. The results show that the morphological characteristics of these eight species are different from each other and almost consistent in the same genus.
