摘要
理论界关于服务型政府内涵的认识还不统一。社会主义政治文明建设、防治腐败和增强政府权威都迫切要求加快服务型政府建设。其建设途径主要有:加强政府公务员服务意识教育;加快政府职能向社会管理和公共服务转变;加强政府行为的程序化、规范化建设;加快建立“以人民群众为本位”的政府绩效评估体系。
An unanimous idea about the implications of service government has not been reached in the circle of theorists.The new situation increasingly asks for the construction of service goverment.This paper tries to explore a number of ways to build this type of government.
