升温模式对木质陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of model of heating on the properties of wheat straw-ceramics

摘要 以麦秸为原料,采用混合后热压再炭化的工艺制备出木质陶瓷,通过实验观察分析升温模式对其残碳率、密度、气孔率、抗弯强度、电阻率等性能的影响。结果表明降低升温速率并在关键温度点保温炭化后,木质陶瓷的真密度、气孔率、抗弯强度提高,电阻率下降,尤其是残碳率提高显著。该文提出了一种全新的木质陶瓷制备工艺,对传统的升温模式进行了改进,为麦秸的综合利用探索了新的方向。 A technique has been developed to prepare woodceramics using wheat straw as raw material. The influences of the model of heating on the ratio of remaining carbon, density, porosity, bending strength and resistivity of woodceramics were investigated. It was found that the density, bending strength and porosity increase with the increasing heating rate, while the resistivity decreases. Especially, the ratio of remaining carbon of the composite can be increased significantly. A new technology for preparing woodceramics which improves the general model of heating was put forward. It breaks a new path and space for wheat straw recycling synthetically.
