With teaching practice and understanding & comprehensions of the diathesis education the author elaborats on how important in training students' thinking ability-training in the course of classroom teaching Advanced Mathematics and the way how to do so. Especially under the education in China will be in line with the world and diathesis taught developing strongly, he appeals that many maths teachers should be eamestlies in teaching practice to train more and more, new, creating and talented students for the new century.
