摘要
在高校图书馆的管理实践过程中,运用Just System体制,在进行读者调查基础上,开发出适应读者需求的服务项目,为读者提供保质保量的服务,体现了以读者为主体的工作思路,满足读者最大限度的需求,从而确立了图书馆服务工作中的人文精神。
This article analyses how to use'just system'in the managemental practical process in college library. Based on the readers survey, we explore the service item to meet the need of readers and to provide them good service. This reflects the reader -centered service in library service work. It not only meets the reader's need to the most degree, but also establishes the humanism spirit.
