摘要
研究了偶氮氯膦mk与钙的显色反应。本法灵敏度高,采用双波长吸光光度法测定钙,摩尔吸光系数达1.12×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),钙量0～20μg/50ml符合比尔定律,已应用于碳酸钠和氢氧化钠中微量钙的测定。
The colour reaction of Ca with Chlorophosphonazo mk was studied. The sensittivity of the method is high. When dulwavelength absorptomtric was used, the molar absorptivity is 1. 12×105L· mol-1·cm-1. Beer's Law is obeyed for 0 -20ng Ca/50ml. This method has been used to trace Ca present in NaCl and NaOH.
