樟子松冬季叶栖真菌群落研究 被引量:1

摘要 从冬季樟子松针叶分离、鉴定出2 4种真菌,其中接合菌1种、子囊菌2种、半知菌2 1种。中冠层的真菌种类最多,其它部位次之。冬季真菌群落与生长季节的种类和分离率有较大差别,优势真菌群落不同,生长季以樟子松枯梢病菌Sphaeropsissapinea为主,而冬季以Truncatella、Coniothrium等为主。 species of fungi were isolated and identified from needles of P.sylvestris var.mongolica,in which 1 specie belong to Zygomycotina,2 species belong to Ascomycotina, and 21 species belong to Deuteromycotina. The number of the fungis species in the middle layer of the crown is the most,in the other layers is lesser. There are great differences of the mycoflora between winter and growing season in the species of isolated and the rate of isolation.The dominant species are different too in different season, Sphaeropsis sapinea is the dominant specie in growing season,Truncatella and Coniothrium are dominant species in winter.
