摘要
5月份,金叶女贞的叶绿素含量显著少于小叶女贞,其变化较为平稳,而小叶女贞的叶绿素变化幅度较大。金叶女贞叶中的类胡萝卜含量明显低于小叶女贞。同一枝条不同部位叶绿素含量变化为,金叶女贞为下位叶>上位叶>中位叶,小叶女贞为下位叶>中位叶>上位叶;而类胡萝卜素含量,二者均是上位叶>中位叶>下位叶。
The result showed that the changes of chlorophyll in the leaves of two species plants is different and the content of L.vicaryi is much lower than that of L.quihoui.The peak of L.vicaryi is smooth,while the peak of L.quihoui is higher.The changes of contents of carotenoid of both species are double peaks curve,and the content of chlorophyll of L.vicaryi is lower than that of L.quihoui.The content of chlorophyll in different sections on the same branch is:inferior leaf >superior leaf >medial leaf,and L.quihoui showed:inferior leaf>medial leaf>superior leaf.The content of carotenoid is superior leaf>medial leaf>inferior leaf in different sections on the same branch.
