对6000KVA半封闭矮烟罩硅铁炉长时间停炉后采用传统法和直接法开炉进行了比较,介紹了直接法开炉的理论依据,通过实践证明直接法开炉是安全、简便、省时、经济的开炉法。

This paper contrasted the starting-up procedure to the conventional one for 6000 KVA ferro-silicon electric furnace after a long time shutdown, and briefed the theoretical basis of the starting-up procedure. The result proved that the starting-up procedure is safe, easy and economical.
