Comparative Study on Content Determination of Acanthopanax Senticosus Polysaccharide by Different Dry Methods

目的:研究刺五加多糖的不同干燥方法对其含量的影响。方法:采用喷雾干燥法和冷冻干燥法对刺五加多糖的含量的比较。结果:冷冻干燥法优于喷雾干燥法,其含量测定要用酚—浓硫酸法,简便易行。

Objective:To study different methods of drying Acanthopanax and the influence of its different drying content.Methods:To adopt spray dry method and freeze drying method to compare with different drying content.Re- sults:Freeze drying method is better than spray dry method to superior.
