摘要
目的:用离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定7-氨基头孢菌烷酸及7-氨基头孢烯三嗪酸的含量。方法:用磷酸氢二钠试剂,在 C_(18)色谱柱上测定7-氨基头孢菌烷酸原料及7-氨基头孢烯三嗪酸中间体的含量。流动相为乙腈-PH5.5磷酸盐缓冲液(3:22),检测波长263nm。结果:7-氨基头孢菌烷酸浓度在9.36—234μg/mL,7-氨基头孢烯三嗪酸浓度在10.4—260μg/mL 的范围均存在的线性良好关系,回收率分别在99.7%~99.9%、99.5%~99.8%。结论:本方法测定速度快,用样量少,结果准确,重现性好。
Objective:Determination of 7-ACA and 7-ACT by Ion-pair RP-HPLC.Methods:In the paper, a reversed-phase HPLC methed on ODS column with sodium hydrogen phosphate agent was developed for the quantitative analysis on 7-ACA.The mobile phase was actonitrile PH5.5 phosphate buffer(3:22).The eluant was detected at 263nm.Results:over the concentration range 9.36~234μg/mL of 7-ACA,10.4-260μg/mL 7-ACT.The calibra- tion curves 99.7%~99.9%、99.5%~99.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and of excellent precision, also as a method for determinging Rifampicin Capsules content.
