复方新诺明含量测定法改进

Improvement of Assaying Method for Compound Sulfamethoxazole

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方新诺明片的含量。方法:高效液相色法柱 HPLC(4.6×250mm)。流动相:磷酸—甲醇(75:25),检测波长254nm。结果:回收率 SMZ 为98.82%,TMP 为101.01%。结论:方法简便,快速准确。

Objective:To determinate content of icaritin in compound sulfamethoxazole Tablets by HPLC. Methods:Efficiently liquid HPLC Pillar.HPLC the pillar(4.6×250mm).The mobile phase consisted of H_3PO_4—CH_3 OH(75:25)and detection wavelength was 254nm.Results:Smz's recovery rate is 98.82%,TMP's recovery rate is 101.01%.Conclusion:Method is simpk and the fleetness is accurate.
