由于对企业核心竞争力概念和内涵理解的偏差,一些企业在核心竞争力培育过程中出现一些问题而导致绩效不佳甚至以失败告终。本文通过对企业核心竞争力内涵及其特征的分析,指出当前一些企业在其核心竞争力培育过程中较为常见的几种误区,旨在探讨企业核心竞争力培育的有效途径。

Because of deviations of understanding of the concept and the connotation of enterprise's key competitiveness, in the course of cultivation of the key competitiveness in some enterprises emerge and develop some problems, which cause them to be ineffective, even end up in failure. Based on an analysis of the connotation and the characteristics of enterprise's key competitiveness, the article has pointed out that there are some more common mistaken ideas in the course of cultivation of the key competitiveness in some enterprises at present. The purpose of doing it is to probe into the effective avenues to cultivate enterprise's key competitiveness.
