Pre-experiment of Chemical Components for Zantedeshia aethiopica

目的:通过预试验,初步探索马蹄莲的化学成分。方法:采用试管法和滤纸法,对马蹄莲的酸性E-tOH、纯化水、MeOH提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断马蹄莲中可能含有的化学成分.结果与结论:马蹄莲中可能含有黄酮、生物碱、多糖及其苷类等化学成分.

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Zantedeshia aethiopica by pre-experiment. Methods: The extracted mixture for Zantedeshia aethiopica from acidic, purified water and ethanol were researched by the law of test tube and round fitter paper, the chemical constituents of Zantedeshia aethiopica was primarily demonstrated by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicator. Results and Conclusion: Zantedeshia aethiopica maybe contains chemical constituents,including flavones, alkaloids, ploysugars and glycosides etc.
