湖南省医护人员体育锻炼的现状调查

Survey on Present Situation of Physical Activity of Doctors and Nurses in Hunan

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,对湖南省医护人员参加体育锻炼活动的现状进行了调查研究.结果:在568名调查者中经常参加体育锻炼者(即符合体育人口标准的)100名,占总人数的17.6%;医护人员体育锻炼情况与其体育认知程度、文化层次、知识结构、收入水平等明显背离.结论:目前湖南省医护人员体育锻炼的经常参与率偏低,半数以上为缺乏体育锻炼者;工作太忙、太累、精神压力大与场地、器材的短缺是影响医护人员参加体育锻炼的主客观因素.

Documents study, investigation and statistics were used as methods. This paper is to investigate physical activity condition of the doctors and nurses in Hunan province. It shows that in 568 doctors and nurses, 100 regularly participate in sport, and were classified as sport population. They are fully aware of the importance of exercise but only 17.6% of them participate in physical activities. They have a rather low consumption level for sports compared with people in other province. There are only a few physical activities during their leisure time. This is mainly because doctors and nurses are reluctant to use leisure time for exercise, but they owe this to lack of places or facilities for exercise.
