摘要
不同季节日光温室内的生态环境差异很大. 通过遮光处理比较不同番茄品种功能叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率及叶绿素荧光参数等的变化. 试验结果表明: 遮光处理导致功能叶片叶绿素含量增加及PSⅡ光化学活性提高, 但净光合速率降低; 碳同化活性也降低. 不同番茄品种对弱光逆境的适应性差异明显.
The ecologic environment in solar-greenhouse varied much in different seasons.Effects of shading on chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters with different ecotype tomato varieties in solar-greenhouse were studied in this paper.The results showed that the chlorophyll contents and PSⅡactivity increased apparently under shading,but net photosynthetic rate and CO_ 2 assimilation efficiency decreased.The tolerance to low light stress among different tomato varieties was much different.
