摘要
利用硫精砂尾矿还原硫酸烧渣,从而提高烧渣中铁的浸出率,达到综合利用尾矿及烧渣,减轻污染的目的。结果表明:把烧渣和尾矿按4~6比1的比例混合,在700~800℃处理30min,铁的浸出率比处理前增加3倍。文中还讨论了还原机理。
The extraction of iron from the burned residue with sulphuric acid and the use of the burned residue are increased, While the pollution of circustance is decreased,by the reduction of burned residue with sulphide ferro-ore.The re-sults showed that, after the mixture of burned residue and sulphide ferro-ore(4~6:1) was burned at 700 -800℃ for half an hour,the extraction of iron with snl-phuric acid was four times as Jarge as that of before.The red1ction mechanism was also discussed.
