An Overall Review of the Research on the Information Technology Acceptance in Exterprises

It introduces the technology acceptance model (TAM), a derivative of the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), and takes a review on the development of the model. Furthermore, it reveals that the behavior science plays a significant role in the evolution of TAM and proposes a brand-new perspective of TAM. It concludes that TAM is a useful model which can effectively improve the performance of information technology and support the technology acceptance decision for managers.
