上海农区乡镇公共产品的供求与经济发展分析——以松江区叶榭镇为代表的农户调查分析

An Analysis on Supply and Demand & Economic Development of the Agricuitural Public Products of Villages and Towns in Shanghai——Investigtion and Analysis of Peasant Households on Behalf of Yiexie town of Songjiang District

以上海松江区的叶榭镇的100户农户专项问卷调查为基础,结合实地走访而作的有关上海农区公共产品供求与经济发展分析。调查表明,农区乡镇公共产品,尤其是“软”公共产品还是供不应求,并制约了当地经济的进一步发展。导致这种结果的主要原因在于:滞后的行政体制;在公共产品供给方面缺乏有效的供求沟通和决策机制;缺乏市场供给公共产品的条件等。

This text regards special questionnaire investigation of 100 peasant households at Yiexie town of Songjiang district of Shanghai as the foundation. Combining with the visitation to some spots- it analyzes supply and demand and economic development of the agricultural public products in Shanghai. The investigation indicates that the agricultural public products of villages and towns- especially the'soft public products'are still in short supply- which have restricted the further development of local econonry. The main reasons which cause this kind of result lies in the following: administrative systems that lag behind: lacking the valid supply and demand communication and decision-making mechanism in supply of the public products; lacking the terms that market supply with public products. etc.
