从自由的视角看公平

Treating the Fairness from the View of Freedom

经济公平是整个社会公平的基础,自由则是比经济公平更广更高的视角。自由有多方面的含义和实质内容,从自由的视角看待公平,才能在实质上说明评判社会公平,并解决协调公平与效率关系的难题。以自由看公平,会发现在现有社会经济条件下,可以更好地促进社会公平和社会进步,这就必须采取如罗尔斯所述的区别对待原则,为此,必须发挥国家和政府的积极作用。

Economic fairness is the basic of the whole social one. However- freedom is broader and higher than economic fairness. Freedom has variety meanings and content. Treating the fairness from the visual angle of freedom- can illustrate and judge social fairness- solve the puzzle in coordinating fairness and efficiency- promote social justice and progress under present social condition. Therefore- states and governments must play their important positive role on it.
