How to appraise and comment modern Chinese Language new vocabulary- based on not only its own characters but also the advantage and disadvantage of Chinese lauguage development- in which new vocabulary of Modern Chinese reflects its intrinsic- distinctive dual characters. Therefore- that makes us have the same dual characters to the ways of the standardization. And that is the necessary request which is decided by modern Chinese new vocabulary and its standard ways.
