摘要
本文作者根据对过去长江三峡库区城镇规划实践的回顾，结合城市规划学术发展，按三峡工程实施建设要求，就如何规划建设好长江三峡库区城镇提出了十条原则建议。
Looking back on the urban planning of the reeervior area of three sorges alonsthe Yangtze River and integrating with the development of the theory of urban planning and the reqirements of building the reservior area ,ten principles of planning and reconstruction are put for-warded .
