摘要
根据四辊轧机的工作原理和特点,提出了借助气动元件控制测量力、并利用磁栅传感器进行精密测量的实现方案。介绍了与磁栅传感器相配合的数显仪表的基本功能,以及测量数据向计算机传输的方法,提出了针对工业现场的计算机程序编制思路,论述了测量数据的计算机处理过程,给出了提高程序稳定性的方法。
This paper according to working principle and characteristics of four-rolling mill,maintain several method to measure the thickness of coiled sheet which is moving. Using the magnetic transducer and pneumatic organ to measure the thickness of moving sheet. The data from pneumatic transducer is sent to computer through serial Interface. The software receive the data from serial interface, With which the software draws reflex line to show how the section of the sheet Like.
