摘要
研究了熔融插层法制备聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结晶和热性能。结果表明,由于蒙脱土的层状结构,对有机小分子有阻隔作用,当蒙脱土插层PTT热分解时,产生的小分子副产物只能绕过蒙脱土片层,这就减缓了分解产物的释放速率,改善了材料的热稳定性。此外,由于蒙脱土的成核剂作用,能够提高PTT复合材料的结晶速率。
The crystallizing and thermo property of PTT/Montmorillonite Nanometer Compound Material prepared with melt intercalating method were studied. The result showed that due to the obstructing function on little organic molecules of samdwich of montmorillonite, when the montmorillonite intercalation PIT decomposes, the little molecules by - products have to round the montmorillonite layer, in this way the releasing speed of decomposing products were reduced and the thermo stability of material was improved. In addition, the nucleating effect of montmorillonite can raise the crystallizing speed of PIT compound material.
