摘要
讨论在原15kt/a装置的熔体配管系统增容100%熔体输送量后可能会出现的问题,以及解决的方法和建议。从理论和实践的角度分析熔体输送在不同工艺条件下的状况,并给出参考值,为增容后可能出现的问题提供解决的方案。进一步讨论熔体管线上静态混合器的作用和有关夹套热媒的作用。经过二年多的实践,证明其改造方案是正确的,为上海石化大容量熔体直接纺短纤维的增容提供了可行的设计和工艺控制基础。
This paper discussed the problems may occur after the melt tubing system of 15 kt/a unit increase 100% melt feeding capacity,and proposed the resolving methods. The different situations under different processes of melt feeding were discussed from views of both theory and practice, and reference value were given to provide solutions for problems may occur after capacity increase. The functions of static mixer in melt pipes and the related jacket heat medium were further studied. The reforming scheme was proved to be correct through the practice of more than two years, which provided practical design and foundation of process control for capacity increase of large capacity melt direct spinning stable fibers of Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd.
