Combining with the practice of nationalization of technology and equipments of Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. ( SPC ) Phase IV project, the conception, practice, and effect of nationalization of technology and e-quipments were discussed, that is to stick to the conception of improving traditional industry with advanced technology, adopt nationalized packaged technology boldly, push forward the nationalization of key equipments with perfect equipments supervision and quality inspection system, and weigh the effect of nationalization with remarkable economic and social profits.
