摘要
以优质大豆为原料,经除臭、浸泡、磨浆、煮沸、灭菌后,加入辅料,通过乳酸菌的发酵作用生产出的酸豆乳,其形态、色泽、口感,均颇似酸牛奶。它较之酸牛奶有营养价值更高,成本更低,不含胆固醇的特点。该产品具有国内同类产品的先进水平,填补了西南地区的空白,具有很好的推广、应用前景。
Acidifed bean milk is made from high quality soybeans,after being soaked ,beaten·fil-tered,boiled,and pasteurized with additive added to them. Either it's shape,colour or its taste isanalogous to sour milk but more nourishing and cheaper.It contans no cholesterol.It has reachedmore advaned level,compared with the same kind of drink in our cotintry and fills the blank in thesouthwest of China,There will be a fine prospect for its popularization and application;
