摘要
用阀控液压缸位置反馈电液伺服系统改装已有的WE—60型材料试验机,对系统进行了设计、研究及仿真,据其动态特性对系统进行校正,校正后系统的动态性能可以完全满足激光熔覆层抗冲击碰撞载荷的疲劳试验要求。
<Abstrcat>A method to improve WE-60 material testing machine with Electro-Hydraulic Position Servo System is presented.This system has been designed,researched,simulated and corrected according to its dynamic characteristics.After that, the material testing machine with Electro-Hydraulic Position Servo System will be able to do the experiment which the material with a melting layer made by laser resists striking and bumping.
