摘要
城市生命线工程,包括交通网络、供水工程、供电工程等,对于一个城市的综合抗震能力,具有极为重要的意义。因此,生命线工程的抗震能力分析,特别是从系统的角度对它进行分析,是编制城市抗震防灾规划的一个重要环节。本文提出一个模糊图分析方法,借助模糊矩阵的运算,可以非常方便地找出整个生命线工程网络的关键部位,并可对最佳的改建、加固方案,提出科学的建议。本文还运用PRoLOG语言,编制了寻找最短路的程序;运用FORTRAN语言,编制了寻找关键段的程序。本文给出了建议方法的基本理论及具体计算方法,并且示出了计算程序的核心部分。
On the basis of fuzzy graph, an approach to seismic analysis of urban lifeline systems is proposed in the paper. The membership function of every segment of the lifeline network may be assigned according to the damage grades which the network will suffer during the expected earthquake strike in a specified time span. Then the network may be transformed into a fuzzy graph.The fuzzy matrix is used to depict the network. Any element in the matrix represents the membership degree of corresponding segment of the network. It is pointed out that the element of transition closure of original matrix is the linking strength of two points. So it is very useful to find out the transition closure, since it shows the key elements between any two points. A program written by PROLOG is used to find out any route linking two nodes. The main program which is written by FORTRAN is also given in the paper.
