胆囊胆固醇息肉的病理学与胆汁生化观察

OBSERVATION OF THE PATHOLOGYOFCHOLESTEROL POLYP OF GALLBLADDER AND THE BIOCHEMICAL CHANGE IN BILE

对一组胆囊胆固醇息肉患者的胆囊行病理，粘液化学和超微结构观察，同时测定胆汁中胆固醇、磷脂和胆汁酸成份，并与正常组，胆囊胆固醇结石组比较发现其地团醇浓度显著增高；过饱和胆固醇沉着，聚集在胆囊粘膜上，部分被吞噬细胞吞噬成泡沫细胞，并刺激粘膜增生，隆起形成胆固醇息肉。

series of cases of cholesterol polyp of gallbladdcr were presented,and tho pathological,mucochemical and the uItrastructure changes of gallbladder observed.The Contents of cholestcro-Lphospholipid and bile acid in cystic bile were determined in thcse cases and compared with thoseof healthy persons and cascs of cholesterol stone in gallbladder.It showed that the cholesterolconcentration increased signlficantly in cases of cholesterol polyp, The oversaturated cholesterol inbilo was deposited on the mucous membrane of gallbladder, Posited cholestcrol changed phagocytesinto goam cells and stimulated the mucous membrac to profude to form cholcsterol polyp.Thephenomeon that the phagocutosis of epithelium cells of cystic mucous membrane to lipid probably isthe reaction of gallbaldder to the cholesterol edposited in bile,This phenomenon may play role inthe process of chelcsterol endosmosis. High concentration of cholesterol may be the main cause andinintial factor that damages the barrier of the mucous membrane of gallbladder and leads tocholesterol polyp formation.The multipotential mesenchymal cells perhaps are another source offoam cells.
