It was introduced the idea of design and implement of Servicing Carriage Maintenance Network Management System based on Client/Server structure .It was briefly introduced the constitutions of the systematic functional module and the implementation functions of some modules; It was expounded the design of the systematic network structure, systematic security access performance and other aspects .The implementation of the System would promote the efficiency and quality of the carriage maintenance greatly.
