上海市嘉定区1 112名流动男性民工STD/AIDS知识、态度、行为调查

Survey on the KAP of HIV/AIDS among the floating male workers in Jiading,Shanghai

目的了解上海市嘉定区流动男性民工的来源、构成、文化水平、性传播疾病/艾滋病(STD/AIDS)相关知识、安全套使用等方面的情况。方法采用标准访谈方式,对每一调查点的所有流动男性民工进行STD/AIDS知识态度、行为(KAP)调查。结果上海市嘉定区流动男性民工多来自周边省的农村地区,已婚者占83.4%,20～40岁者占79.6%,初中以下文化水平占86.9%,家庭月收入<1000元者占54.0%,缺乏STD/AIDS相关防治知识。结论嘉定区流动男性民工是一个十分特殊的人群,应积极采取有针对性的宣传教育和行为干预活动。

Objective To investigate origins,composition,education level,sexual behaviors,knowledge about STD/HIV among the floating male workers in Jiading,Shanghai.Methods Standard interview methods was adopted for all target members.Results Most of the floating male workers came from the rural areas of provinces surrounding Shanghai;Most of them were married(83.4%):they were young and at the prime of life aged 20-40 (79.6%);they had poorer education;family incomes were lower;they were short of knowledge for STD/HIV.Conclusion The floating male workers in Jiading are special population groups and should be treated as an important target population for current STD/HIV prevention and control.
