大理州娱乐场所性服务人员综合干预项目基线调查分析

Baseline survey on comprehensive intervention project among sex workers in entertainment settings in Dali prefecture

目的掌握大理州娱乐场所性服务人员基本情况及危险行为,为干预项目的终期评价提供依据。方法对目标人群采用随机抽样和问卷调查,调查目标人群的人口学、艾滋病相关知识、安全套的使用、是否吸毒、自愿咨询检测、求医行为、是否接触干预措施等。结果在被调查的669人中,20～24岁占50.60%,其中初中文化占54.80%,正确认识艾滋病预防及传播途径知识的比例分别为78.80%、13.90%。每次使用安全套、接触过毒品、自愿HIV检测、干预措施的比例分别为44.40%、1.30%、12.30%、57.10%。结论只有强化高危行为的认知,建立良好的行为和生活方式,才能有效遏制艾滋病在娱乐场所中的传播。

Objective To get some basic condition and risk behavioral information among sex workers of entertainment settings in Prefecture of Dali,so as to provide evidence for final evaluation.Methods A questionnaire survey of demography,knowledge of HIV/AIDS,condom use,drug use,health care seeking behaviors,voluntary HIV testing and access to interventions was conducted among 669 respondents who were randomly selected as target population.Results Of the 669 respondents,50.60% were aged 20 to 24 years,54.80% of them graduated from junior middle school,78.80% had right knowledge about HIV/AIDS prevention,while only 13.90% understood routes of transmission.The percentages of correct answer about condom use,voluntary HIV testing and access to interventions were 44.40%?1.30%?12.30%?57.10% respectively.Conclusion Awareness of HIV/AIDS and risk behaviors and changing such risk behaviors will be an important way to stop HIV/AIDS transmission.
