混流式输卤泵内部湍流场的研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用流场计算商用软件FLUENT5.5,模拟了清水状态下混流式叶轮内部的三维湍流场;采用五孔圆球流体动力探针对叶轮及导叶进出口流场进行了测量,给出速度和压力分布图。同时,结合数值计算与实验测量结果,对各部位流场进行了初步的理论分析。通过研究与分析,提出具有直锥形吸水室的混流泵的叶轮进口处存在速度环量、叶轮进口处水流方向基本为轴向且分布不均匀等新的观点,为今后输送卤水状态下的泵内部流场研究工作提供参考。 Flow calculation commercial software FLUENT5.5 was used for the basic research in the mixed-flow bittern transfer pump. 3D turbulent flow in impeller of the bittern transfer pump was simulated on the condition of rinsing. At the same time the inlet and outlet of the impeller and the guide vanes were measured by using five-hole pellet flow dynamic probe. The velocity and pressure distributions were showed. Combing with the numerical calculation and the experimental survey, flow in every part was analyzed. After the research work, the new ideas that related to the improved design and flow calculation were developed. The conclusion and the inputs will be helpful in the future correlation research.
